Welcome to NYC

Last March I moved to NYC. Although I had been to the city before for work, it was a spontaneous and scary move. I had no job, knew only a handful of people and had only seen my new apartment (and met my incredible roommates) once. Since moving I have met hundreds of incredible people, explored the city and made it my home. Most importantly I have had the opportunity to live out one of my biggest dreams working as a professional NYC model and actress. 

My 2018 resolution is to continue taking risks and exploring new territories. First step-- a blog. I'm challenging myself to share with you every step on my journey and to step out of my comfort zone. 2017 taught me how to take harsh criticism and use it to build my confidence. It taught me that I won't be right for most jobs, but not showing up for a casting or audition means that I'm missing out on the one job I would be right for. It taught me to trust other people, but most importantly trust myself. 

Thank you all for being a part of my journey. I am beyond grateful for the support I have received from my friends, family and followers. May 2018 bring you love, joy and opportunity. I cannot wait to share my adventure with you.
